The Central Logistics planning team is part of the wider supply team. The purpose of the function is to provide visibility, analyse impacts, and suggest solutions to drive availability at the lowest cost. This role is challenging, as the remit requires the delivery of accurate volume planning, with effective communication to all stakeholders along the import supply chain. This is an ideal role for a colleague looking to build and broaden their supply chain knowledge, as it touches all teams along the import supply chain, from import orders to depot receipt, then onward transhipment to store. The role will involve managing a team to drive & improve our import flow into depots, whilst ensuring service to customers is not compromised. Closes: 22.06.10. |
