We are now recruiting this role within our Central Planning team.
Purpose:
To manage the Branch Merchandising function for Ladieswear in order to achieve optimal in-store availability for all products for the George customer. Working in close partnership and communicating effectively with the key stakeholders across the trading, retail and supply chain teams is fundamental to ensure we deliver 'above and beyond' our requirements.

| Responsibilities: |
• Allocation and replenishment for the department through effective use of the systems and processes available
• Responsibility for on-time delivery of new product launches in store
• Responsibility for shelf availability inc promotions and Top 50
• Markdown clearance delivered to target
• Store inventory levels to target across the department
• New store package launches
• Collaboration with key partners e.g. Trading, Retail & Distribution
• Manage and develop a team of Assistants
• Recommendations on process to help drive ‘Best Practice’ |
